I also have links to some of the products on this page that work and some that don't.
What is Sleep Aid? Sleep aids are medications that improve sleep. They don't cure or treat sleep problems. It's just something to take for the sake of sleep. How Sleep Aid Works: The first thing you need to understand is that sleep is a cycle in which the brain gets to sleep at the same time every night. That means that if you sleep, your brain will eventually sleep. When you wake up, your body starts to get a full night's sleep. When the body sleeps, the brain has to produce a lot of new synapses. If you put your hands on the table and try to put your arms down, the brain will start producing new synapses and it will become more and more difficult to do so as the night goes on. When you sleep, your body goes through a period of rest called the "sleep stage." If you try to sleep on the same day that the stage is finished, the brain will go through a complete process and the brain will get tired. This process is called "REM" sleep and it is necessary for thinking. It is also a time for your body to get rid of toxins that are produced during the sleep stage.
